ONLINE PT: HIT THE GYM

If you really want to get in the best possible shape - whether it's losing body fat or building muscle and strength - you're going to need to lift weights, and weight training tuition is where we excel!

To build muscle and strength, or to help preserve muscle tissue and promote fat-loss we need 'progressive overload' - increased stress per workout. The easiest and most effective way to do this is by lifting progressively heavier weights using a structured training programme.

WHAT DO I NEED?

This is a gym-based training package, therefore you are going to need a fair bit of kit! A gym membership is the simplest option however we have plenty of clients that have a gym set up at home! 

We predominately focus on teaching you free weights by use of a barbell and dumbbells - there is no requirement for endless variations of fancy machines! 

We recommend you have access to the following at a minimum:

  • Barbell

  • Range of Weight Plates 

  • Weightlifting Bench

  • Lifting Rack/Half Rack/Squat Stands
