There has always been a strong sense of privacy around our classes and this will remain in place - we have never promoted them nor the goings-on in them. We are there to get the job done and have a laugh along the way.

In 45 minutes you will be put through your paces with our high intensity training methods that combine cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, strength, power, agility, speed, and flexibility. What does this mean? Simple, you are going to get pretty damn fit, pretty damn quick, and improve all aspects of your physical and mental fitness along the way.
All Fitness Levels are welcome - these sessions are tailored specifically to your current fitness levels with each session aimed at getting you fitter, faster and stronger in no time!
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SESSION INVOLVE?
Introduction to the session plan – every workout is different from the last!
Demonstration of all exercises and proper technique
5-10 minute warm-up
Main session lasting approx 30 minutes – a high intensity workout combining cardio and strength training that will get you fit and torch fat like no other!
All fitness levels welcome in each class!
