Can I do online personal training from anywhere in the world?
Absolutely! One of the great things about online personal training is that you can effectively take the training app anywhere you want with a wifi/data signal.
This allows you to train anywhere in the world - in your home, in a hotel, in your local gym or at even at the park! For most of our programmes, we recommend a minimum of a basic weights bench, barbell and dumbbell weight set.
We can offer full advice on what kit to buy for an effective home gym and you will be surprised by how little it can cost!
How much does online personal training cost?
All of our initial online training packages are fixed 3 month packages and cost 40 GBP/50 USD per month. Packages can be paid via monthly repayments or, if you purchase the 3 months upfront, you will receive a discount.
After this 'initial' 3 month period you will have the option to continue your subscription with the recurring MF Mission 90 Graduate Payment Plan.
How long will it take to achieve my goals?
All of our Online packages are designed to get you the results you desire in the shortest time possible. Results can be seen in as little as a month, however, 3 months is a more realistic timeframe and why we believe in our 3 month signup timeframe.
Simply put though, you get out what you put in! We cannot do all the hard work for you - being honest with your nutrition and pushing yourself to squeeze out that last rep in the gym will have to come from within! If your goals are strong enough, then you will find the self-motivation comes naturally.
Train hard, fight easy and remember why you started.
What guarantees do I have of getting the results I want?
We cannot guarantee you of great results purely because it's down to you to put in the work. We promise to lay down the foundations and pave your path to success but you are the one that must walk it!
Ultimately, the guarantee of getting the results you desire is down to you and how committed you are to getting them. You must work hard, fully commit and give it everything you’ve got.
We ask you to commit to our 90 day plan with everything you've got! After 3 months of hard work and commitment you will be in a much better position physically and mentally and armed with knowledge, great results and motivation to keep you going even further! From here you can start to find more balance in your life and treat yourself to nights out etc.
Many people fail simply because they want the bustling social life, eating out at restaurants and a great physique - all before they've even started to achieve the latter. Commit for 3 months THEN adjust!

Will you put me on a 'diet' and stop me eating the foods I enjoy?
At Marine Fitness, we are aware of the importance of living life to the full and doing the things you enjoy - in order to change an unhealthy lifestyle, you have to work within it. Our aim is to educate clients in our ‘fit for life’ approach – nutritional advice that is realistic and maintainable.
A ‘diet’ simply means the food that an individual eats, it does not mean you are cutting out carbs or starving yourself silly!
We will educate you and offer advice on how to choose a healthy and balanced diet that will work hand in hand with your specific goals and training.
Nutrition is one of the most important areas when it comes to health and fitness and requires a level of self-discipline in the beginning, but as you get fitter, you will naturally treat your body better and will have the knowledge to make the right decisions.
I am new to exercise and fitness, does this matter?
No! This is a great position to be in because you have not been able to develop any bad habits or incorrect techniques that many more experienced exercisers develop.
Your current fitness levels do not matter either as your training programme will be tailored specifically to you and to help achieve your goals no matter how big or small.
WIth a good training programme, you are looking to 'progressively' overload the body. This simply means making each workout slightly harder than the last so that your body is continually subjected to greater stress during workouts. This ensures you continue to get fitter and stronger - that's how fitness works! The amount of stress your body can handle depends on your experience and at OPT, each of our training programmes work around you and your current fitness levels.
If you lack experience and knowledge on how to perform the various movements found in your training programme fear not! Included within the MF training app is detailed exercise tuition videos and written descriptions.
I hear your Live Classes are pretty brutal - I don't think I'm ready for that yet and will need to get fit first!
No you don't!! Our classes are aimed at ALL FITNESS LEVELS and abilities and you work as hard as you are able. Therefore, they are only brutal if you decide to push yourself to that point!
We will always strive to get the best out of you with plenty of words of encouragement and motivation - we are right there with you.
Regardless of fitness, if you push yourself hard you will feel the workouts as tough. Someone who is fairly unfit and new to fitness will be working at a slower rate, completing less reps. Someone who is really fit and able will be working at a faster rate, performing more reps and recovering faster. Both people will still be working hard and finding it difficult!
As you get fitter and stronger, our classes don't get easier simply because you only push yourself harder and perfrom at a higher level! That's how winning is done!
