In this class, you'll learn how to lift properly and effectively using advanced strength and bodybuilding techniques rarely taught in a group setting. You’ll develop a deep understanding of each movement, become a more confident and capable lifter, and start seeing results - fast!
MF Frontline & MF Tactical
Summer season, it’s Frontline. Winter, we switch to Tactical. Both sessions are inspired by Royal Marines training and extract the best bits: teamwork, pressure, grit, fitness, strength and problem-solving under fatigue.
Frontline takes the battle outdoors - changing terrain, team missions and head-to-head challenges. MF Tactical brings it indoors - brutal circuits, fireteam scoring and controlled chaos. These run on a 4-week rotation, and spaces are in demand!
Track Night
Track Night is our coached running session built for all fitness levels - from complete beginners to those chasing faster times.
Expect structured warm-ups, pace work, intervals, and plenty of graft under the spotlights at Dam Park as we guarantee you a personal best!
