We offer intimate class sizes with a maximum of 12 people, allowing for in-depth tuition and learning. We focus on teaching you the correct exercise form & technique, allowing you to get the most out of every workout and progress faster.

One ever growing timetable...
ASSAULT HIT
Marine Fitness' signature class format - a full body HIT workout using a variety of equipment and training styles to keep you on your toes and push you to your limits. Train like a Royal Marines Commando!
MUSCLE & STRENGTH
Learn how to lift weights properly and effectively as we combine advanced strength training and bodybuilding techniques that you rarely find being taught in a class environment. You will become a better lifter and understand the ins and outs of each movement while also building full body strength. These classes will get you in shape and fast (nutrition dependant!).
COMPROMISED CONDITIONING
Getting comfortable and being uncomfortable is the name of the game here as we combine strength and conditioning exercises with running. These classes are ideal training for The Big MF Event, Hyrox-style events, and OCRs (eg, Tough Mudder). They will get you used to running on tired legs while still keeping your composure when performing strength exercises alongside.
