Small Group Commando Bootcamps (SGCB) are for people who like the idea of our Commando Bootcamp would prefer to train in a smaller and more focused group environment.
In 45 minutes you will be put through your paces with our high intensity training methods that combine cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, strength, power, agility, speed and flexibility to make for an ‘all-in-one’ fat-burning workout like no other!
All Fitness Levels are welcome - these sessions are tailored specifically to your current fitness levels with each session aimed at getting you fitter, faster and stronger in no time!

Hell no! Whether it’s sun, rain, hail or snow, our Commando Bootcamp will still be running. We understand how difficult it can be sometimes to motivate yourself to train outside when the weather is poor, but remember the reason why you are training and your goal, and we can assure you that, once you have completed our warm-up, you won’t even notice the bad weather!
- Trainers that are suitable for exercise
- Shorts or suitable training bottoms that do not restrict movement
- T shirt, vest or other suitable training top.
- If you have any heart rate monitors or fitness trackers, don’t forget to wear these to enhance your exercise experience!
IMPORTANT: Try to avoid bulky warm clothing – if need be wear a base layer under a training top so that you can remove layers and do not overheat during the session. Start cold finish warm!
NOTE: depending on weather and location, clothing may become wet and dirty!
All you need to bring to the session is a full water-bottle, some motivation and any friends and family that you think can benefit from some exercise!
Every session is different in both equipment used and format of exercise:
- Bodyweight training (press-ups, squats, burpees, mountain climbers, crunches, dips).
- Interval training – sprints/shuttle runs
- Sled (prowler) pulls and pushes
- Slam balls
- Battle Ropes
- And much more!
Of course you are! The greatest benefit to our bootcamps is that any fitness level is welcome! All exercises are taught before the session begins and we are happy for you turn up 10 minutes early to clear any concerns you have before the session begins.
Each exercise has a suitable adaptation – an easier version for the inexperienced and a harder version for the more advanced looking to push themselves further.
Remember, you get out what you put in, being unfit or inexperienced is no longer an acceptable excuse for putting off your journey to success!
