MARINE FITNESS TIMETABLE

At Marine Fitness, we offer 3 core services. We conduct Personal Training out of our fully equipped and private Personal Training Facility at Marine Fitness Headquarters (MFHQ). As well as Personal Training, we also run our signature high intensity Assault HIT classes in the evenings from the same location. To give everyone a taste of the outdoors and what Marine Fitness is all about, we run a large Commando Bootcamp session every Sunday at the Low Green, Ayr.

Personal Training and Assault HIT classes require booking via our Online Booking System. Our Sunday Commando Bootcamp is simply pay as you go with no requirement to book!
