Absolutely! One of the great things about Marine Fitness’ online training is that you can effectively take the training app anywhere you want with a wifi/data signal. This allows you to train anywhere in the world - in your home, in a hotel, in your local gym or at even at the park!
For most of our programmes, we recommend a minimum of a basic weights bench, barbell and dumbbell weight set. We can offer full advice on what kit to buy for an effective home gym and you will be surprised by how little it can cost!

All of our Online packages are designed to get you the results you desire in the shortest time possible. Results can be seen in as little as a month, however, 3 months is a more realistic timeframe and is how long most of our clients take to achieve their goal.

Once you purchase one of our online training packages, we will create your online account and, within 24 hours, you will receive an email inviting you to download our training app from the App Store/Play Store to your smartphone/tablet.
After you register your login information, you will receive an online consultation form – it is important to fill out the form accurately and provide as much information as possible to allow us to create the best possible programme for you. There is also the option for a skype consultation to be scheduled if you prefer a more face-to-face meeting.
When we receive your completed consultation form, you will be assigned to your personal trainer who will get started immediately on designing your tailored training programme and nutritional targets (macros). Our training programmes involve a combination of resistance, kettlebell, cardiovascular and mobility training – depending on your goal. This usually takes between 24-48 hours and, as soon as they are completed, you will have full access to them through your MF app account and you can get started right away!
You will also be given nutritional, supplement and training guides that will help you fully understand your programme and how to successfully achieve your goals.
Your trainer can observe your recorded workouts and daily nutritional intake and you will receive feedback every month based on your progression and any adjustments that may be required. You can contact your trainer directly at any time using the in-app message facility or arrange a skype call if you prefer. No matter where you are, your trainer is always on hand to give you the support you need!
At Marine Fitness, our aim is to not only help you achieve your goal, in the shortest, safest and most effective way possible, but to educate you on how to maintain that goal once you have achieved it!
Ultimately, yes you do! It’s the best way to track your progress and not only that, it will motivate you when you see the progress made when you take the next photograph!
We understand that many people feel self-conscious or embarrassed to take a before photograph, to that extent, only yourself and your trainer have access to this. We keep all photographs strictly confidential and take the privacy of our clients very seriously!
At the end of your programme, or when you have achieved your goal, we may ask to use your before and after photos for our success portfolio, however, you have to agree fully to this otherwise they will remain private!
We have a strict no refund policy. At Marine Fitness, we are passionate about helping our clients to achieve their goals and are dedicated in doing this! We believe that offering a refund policy is the same as giving people an opportunity to quit, and that is not the Marine Fitness way!
Our online packages are set up using a pay monthly subscription and can be cancelled at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your account simply becomes deactivated after 30 days of last payment. If you choose to renew your subscription in the future, your account can simply be reactivated.
